CAMP INFORMATION
Dennis Hall's World Gold
Wrestling Camps will provide you with the technique, training, and intensity
that it takes to become a CHAMPION! This camp is designed to improve
technique and help athletes learn how to train on their own
TECHNIQUE
Each day you will learn a
variety of technique from 3x Olympian Dennis Hall. Dennis will cover all phases of wrestling during the three
day camp (neutral position, and both top and bottom). Focus will be placed on fine details that will help make the
techniques you are learning work for you.
TRAINING
Learn the intensive drills
and physical style that helped me become a 3x Olympian, win 10 US National
Championships, a World Title, and Olympic Silver Medal! In addition,
you will take home the ability to dictate the pace of your matches and
dominate opponents through pressure wrestling.
LIVE WRESTLING
At the end of each day
Dennis will put the wrestlers through a hard workout for about 45
minutes. This workout is designed to let you try some of the new
techniques that you are learning. It is important that you come to camp
in shape.
